The King Power Stadium is a football stadium in Leicester, England. It is the home of Leicester City, the 2015–2016 champions of the Premier League. The all-seater stadium opened in 2002 and has a capacity of 32,313, the 20th largest football ground in England.
In the 2015-2016 season Leicester City FC won the Barclays Premier League for the first time in its history. The trophy was raised on May 7, 2016 in the stadium in front of their audience after the match against Everton won 3-1 with a doubling of Jamie Vardy. On this occasion, Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli sang before kick-off.
