Have been a guest of this hotel for business trips over the last few years. the staff are always so polite, friendly and welcoming. Manager Paz is Always helpful/ approachable with any queries to make my business trips easier, he's always great with guests and helps me organise a meeting room. They have recently changed their hotel menu and the food is excellent! was concerned what i would do for food when the bella italia closed, but the new restaurant menu is delicious and worth the money! would also recommend it for people who live locally as an alternative to the Bella. Always a great experience here!

"We loved the welcome gift that awaited you when you entered the room. The breakfast was great, there was an expanse of choice and you helped yourself. The bed was so very comfortable and a great size. The room was quiet and the shower was really good. Would definitely visit again."

I loved the room very clean liked the fact that there was a little table and sofa in the room, the bathroom and shower was amazing. The staff was helpful made the stay lovely next time I will try the spa.

We stayed in an Executive room for the second time whilst visiting family. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. We were provided with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and crisps. We had forgotten our toothpaste but were able to get a small complimentary pack from reception. It didn't matter to us but we did notice that the only coat hangers were above the room safe so there was nowhere to hang dresses if you had some with you. There was a higher hanging rail without hangers so maybe you could get spare hangers from reception. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Comfy bed, friendly staff, good breakfast. We were made guests of the day which was a nice surprise. Bar staff organised a sandwich lunch for us when we arrived. Special mention for Helen.
