Fantastic service!
I stayed on 3 & 4 April and the front of house staff and restaurant staff were excellent - nothing was too much trouble. They worked very hard over a busy Easter weekend. Fantastic service!
Very relaxed hotel
Everything. comfort great room great food and great staff especially in the dining area, good parking, easy to get to city centre. very relaxed hotel atmosphere, all staff in the bar/ dining area were excellent

Stayed here for one night and hotel and staff very friendly. Had good whilst here and was reasonable priced and was very nice .

Friendly and Welcoming
Easy to find a space and park, welcoming, bright reception and lovely reception staff. The room was clean and fresh looking and the bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was tasty and reasonable value at £12. Everything was good thanks. The Asian lady (with glasses) who checked me in was professional, friendly and welcoming. After a long drive from West Wales it was really nice to have such a pleasant experience. She’s a credit to the hotel.
