I'm writing to express my sincere gratitude for your exceptional assistance in smooth running of our Annual Britain Billawa Balaga event on 12.9.26 at Wigston IHG. Your professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process seamless and of high standard. We had the best possible feedback from our extended family relatives who have attended the event. I really appreciate your approval for lighting the Lamp which is also featured in Indian Newspapers and local TV channels as you are reading this e-mail.

From the initial reservation to the final execution your expertise ensured that everything ran smoothly exceeding our expectations. Your catering arrangements, coffee/tea ,table arrangements, Stage and dance floor was really appreciated. Our committee members felt your actual catering was far better than the tasting session we had. Your prompt response to queries were greatly appreciated. I must extend my gratitude for rearranging the room numbers and also cancelling the parking ticket received by one of our member which was a genuine oversight. My special thanks for extending the celebrations to continue few minutes beyond midnight when the vibe was at its peak and also allowing the LED to be kept throughout the event.

Breakfast arrangement was well received and all our members had a great time interacting with each other. I must admit if some were bit loud friendly chat causing some noisy atmosphere for your other guests in breakfast area. I sincerely apologise if that was the case.

Thank you once again for your dedication and hardworking. We look forward to the opportunity to work with you in the future. Kindly pass our gratitude to your exceptional staff including the person on the bar counter. Your floor manager ? Tom was exceptional specially checking if all well and also your visit during your day off.

From start to finish, the venue staff couldn't have been more flexible, helpful and accommodating. Every request was met with a positive attitude, and your team's willingness to adapt to our needs throughout the event made a real difference to the experience for our delegates.

I'd particularly like to recognise Helen and Matt, who were both exceptional. Their support, responsiveness and attention to detail helped everything run smoothly, and they were a pleasure to work with throughout the event. The food was excellent, the accommodation was fantastic, and the meeting spaces worked perfectly for everything we needed to deliver. We've received some really positive feedback, and your team's contribution played a huge part in making Supercell such a success.
