I’ve stayed at that hotel before and it’s always been great. The reception staff and the restaurant and bar staff were great. I want to mention one member of staff Hayden who was managing restaurant and the bar and serving the customer he was great he got my husband steak even though it was not in the menu. I noticed after all the restaurant was closed how he managed cleaning and clearing and getting the place ready for breakfast on his own. The hotel was nodding wand clean. Yes the guy who served at the restaurant and at the bar Hayden as I mentioned he was great. My husband wanted steak even though it wasn’t on the Sunday menu he got that for him and I saw him how managed the restaurant and bar and after how he set the place ready for breakfast in the morning.
A real gem with outstanding service and cuisine

Booked as a stop whilst travelling around the country. Wasn't expecting anything special but found the room, food and staff great all round. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Fantastic breakfast spread
Fantastic breakfast spread and Helen was amazing at breakfast time. The hotel staff were lovely and accommodating and a pleasure to interact with especially Cameron, Jazz and Hardip. Always happy to help. Jazz was really helpful and lovely and sorted out our room upgrade. Hardip and Cameron on the front desk were also great. Helen was a fantastic host at breakfast and the service provided was excellent.
Fantastic stay
The hotel stay was excellent, from the very first moment checking in to the breakfast and the room. Helen was a fantastic host and server at breakfast ensuring everything was swift and accommodating our requests. The room was clean and comfortable. Jazz, Cameron and Hardip on the front desk were all very helpful. Would highly recommend staying here.
