Staff was very helpful especially Kaden on reception helped me a lot with luggage and tried his best to find the best deal for me when I wanted to extend my stay. Breakfast is kind of regular as in all holiday inn hotels but the staff at Wigston is more polite than other holiday inn hotels where I have stayed Rooms are spacious and beautiful - no complaints. Loved the location of hotel.

The staff are second to none. Smiley, friendly, welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. I regularly stay at this hotel for work around the area and I even put up with a longer commute to stay here! I never usually sleep well in hotels but I do at this one. It’s quiet, clean and homely. I was upgraded with ease and found myself in a beautiful executive room with wine and chocolates in the fridge! ☺️ Breakfast is lovely, everything you need.
Exceeded our expectations!
We stayed here for one night as we were celebrating a family birthday. From start to finish we were super impressed. First of all the reception staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. The room was large, clean and bright with great facilities and a fantastic shower. Lovely white crisp bed linen and towels. In the morning we invited our family to join us for breakfast. The choice was amazing and the quality of food was exceptional. There was a choice of hot food, assorted cereals, fruit, yoghurt, pastries and toast. Something for everyone. Another bonus was free car parking. We will definitely return the next time we are in the area.

Absolutely LOVE this Holiday Inn. It is my home away from home 😊 The staff are like extremely friendly and helpful. I visit Leicester very often and stay ONLY at this Holiday Inn. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Amazing friendly and caring staff, fabulous facilities. Awesome food. Will be going again. Would recommend. Staff went above and obeying to help us and we had an enjoyable stay, breakfast is incredible Bella Italia food was also very tasty

Excellent very good hotel
When I booked the hotel I asked for ground floor with walkin shower room and got it. The room was very clean, bed very comfortable. I needed some water and went to lobby to ask for water and in about 10min lady called Helen came back with water and I was given NOT 2 but 6 bottle. I recommend this hotel will be staying there soon.
Super beds and service.
Had room service - Was the furthest from the bar as asked for a quiet room. It was a trek for the staff who nothing was too much of an issue, super comfy bed. Had a great night sleep. Breakfast was great and fresh and was a great business trip that did the job.
