Second time of staying here and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly, helpful and did good job checking us in and also in Dining Room. 80/100

Very friendly and helpful staff nice quite parkside location although on the main Road you wouldn't know it the rooms are all very well sound proofed. with easy access to all destinations. Via bus taxi or walking.
The hotel was immaculate
The hotel was immaculate, very comfortable bed, lovely hospitality tray in the room, plenty of tea and coffee and biscuits etc! The breakfast was amazing lots of choice, and plenty to choose from, the lady, front of house was superb, very polite and helpful and caring. We loved our stay Thank you Holiday Inn Wigston you smashed it.10/10

It was clean and had most of the amenities i wanted. Props to justina the person who had cleaned my room, did a fantastic job. And the blond woman at the breakfast buffet who was very sweet and professional about showing how it all worked.
