The hotel has easy parking, room was very clean and tidy with comfortable bed.

Clean, rooms a nice temp, nice restaurant (couldn't see any pasta dishes that I had last time I stayed). Will stay again. Choice of pasta dishes, for those that stay for a sports event, its quite a big omission. Not everyone wants a pizza or a burger (although very nice)

My stay fantastic
The hotel is located in a quiet area, with easy public transport links to Leicester city centre. Check-in was easy and I was met by very friendly and professional staff (Jas & Nikkolet) who arranged a quiet room for me and offered me a free drink at the bar in the evening. They both provided excellent service during my 2-day stay, including arranging a late check-out. The room was bright, spacious and immaculately clean, and the bed was comfortable. There were plenty of sockets/usb charging ports to connect devices. The breakfast offered a very good selection of hot and cold produce. I also had a tasty lunch at the restaurant on my last day. Staff at the restaurant were very attentive and helpful. Wi-fi and air-con worked very well. I would definitely stay here again. Jas and Nikolett were both fantastic and went above and beyond to make my stay fantastic.

Comfortable room, clean and friendly staff. The dinner that I had was delicious and I got a free drink voucher. All was excellent. Jazz, he was at reception was extremely helpful and nice.
Great location for Leicester Racecourse
We had a lovely stay at the hotel after a day at the races. First impressions were good - nice location, parking available, everything clean & friendly staff. Our room was exactly what we needed, beds comfortable. Food was good too. We would stay again.
