Jump aboard the magic carpet in Leicester as we travel to ancient China to meet our hero, young Aladdin.
Aladdin, with his mother Widow Twankey, works long hours in the family laundry. One day his takes a dramatic twist when his long-lost uncle, Abanazar, arrives in his life and helps Aladdin find an ancient lamp from a cave full of jewellery and treasure.
A huge problem arises as Aladdin becomes trapped in the cave and in panic he rubs his hands and accidentally unleashes the genie within.
As the genie offers to grant Aladdin’s three wishes, he soon finds out that magic wishes are not all they seem.
