- Saturday 6th May: The Coronation Ceremony will be taking place at Westminster Abbey, London
- Sunday 7th May: Coronation Concert will be performed at Windsor Castle with iconic locations across the UK lit up using projections, lasers, drone displays and illuminations
- Monday 8th May: A Special Public Holiday has been proclaimed by the Prime Minister in honour of the Coronation, giving everyone the opportunity to join in with their communities and good causes through Big Help Out activities
- 6th - 8th May: Coronation Big Lunches up and down the country and across the Commonwealth

The Royal bunting and flags will be flying over our hotel as we open our doors throughout the Coronation bank holiday weekend, welcoming locals and hotel guests alike to join us in celebration of this once-in-a-lifetime Royal event.
To mark this historic Royal occasion, Holiday Inn Leicester Wigston are putting on a special Royal menu including Union Jack Cocktails, Jam & Cream Scones with a Hot Drink for just £4, and a Coronation Chicken Pizza. Kids are welcome as always and don’t worry about paying from them as they eat for free as standard.
