LCB Depot presents #sound from 5 to 24 September
All this month LCB Depot are deep diving into the world of sound and music, from abstract instillations to classic live music concerts, there will also be film screenings taking place, interactive workshops and much more.
The LCB Depot Sound exhibition itself will include works from up and coming talent as well as already established artists all based in Leicester and beyond. The exhibitions and activities are going to be advertised on social media and you can follow their handle @lcbdepot for more information on the activities happening in the real world and which exhibition spaces are going to be worth visiting and when.
Not only will LCB Depot be using their social channels to promote their exhibitions, they will also be helping others by shouting about all of the other fantastic sound and music related events going on in the city so be sure to keep your eyes peeled.
Events
Fri 9th, 7pm. Sound of Metal screening from Phoenix on Tour. Tickets £6 (£5 for MyPhoenix Members).
Sat 10th, 12-4pm Creative family day. Lots of fun activities exploring sound and science, ahead of British Science Festival. Regular event part of Cultural Quarter Earlies, 2nd Saturday of each month.
Sat 24th, 9.30 - 11.15 Artist Talks, part of Convergence 2022 from DMU MTI2 Institute for Sonic Creativity
