perfect Stay.

clean. we booked disabled accommodation which suited our needs. the bathroom was a good standard and felt modern. The bed was comfortable. there was enough space in the room for the wheelchair and still had nice furniture and wardrobe. The restaurant was bright and spacious. staff where welcoming and helpful.

This is a nice hotel that exactly meets your expectations of a Holiday Inn, with no unpleasant surprises. Rooms a little tight on space (we were two adults and two children), but comfortable, clean and functional. The hotel has all the services and the breakfast is excellent. I would highlight the friendliness of the staff, always willing to help us, kind and friendly. I really liked the hotel, if I return to Leicester I will repeat

The staff were all friendly, the room was a generous size. It was amazing to have air con in the room as we stayed during the hottest part of the heat wave. The room was clean and had water in the fridge. The bathroom was lovely with a fab shower. It even had nice shower gel and things which is always an added bonus!
The breakfast was lovely and had help from the staff due to allergies.
I’d definitely stay again when we come to visit friends.

Had to wait 10 mins to check in - so was kindly upgraded exec suite by very nice manager Jitt

Really clean, bright and airy, huge comfortable bed lovely bathroom. Fantastic breakfast, with plenty of choice. staff really helpful and welcoming.
