Everything was perfect.
Stayed in the Executive room and it was at par with a Radisson Red Junior Executive room.

The room was wonderful, the bath yess wonderful, the staff were lovely! my favourite thing was the bar/dining area. it was all so clean and aesthetically pleasing. When I return to Leicester I will definitely be staying there! I 10/10 recommend.
A lovely overnight stay
My husband and I stayed overnight on Saturday , it was my hubby’S 50th birthday last year during Covid/restrictions so we decided to come here and stay over, I mentioned this to them in email and when we arrived in our room they had decorated it for him, he had a card, cake, wine, balloons and lights decorated a table , such a lovely thing to do thank you so much. We enjoyed our stay, the staff were lovely and friendly ,the bed was comfy and the room was clean. The meal we had in Bella Italia was lovely and the breakfast was too, there was a wait for the food both times but we weren’t in any rush so it was ok for us.

Wedding reception/stay
Stayed here just at the weekend and it was spot on. The rooms that we had were very comfortable and the food was beautiful. Staff were very professional, warm and friendly we needed an extra night at the last minute and they where very accommodating.
