Best holiday inn I’ve stayed in (and I stay in them a lot)
So impressed with this Holiday inn. It is so fresh and modern. Even the standard rooms are above the standard of many executive rooms in other holiday inns. Staff are friendly and helpful The restaurant is fantastic. I put on so much weight because the food was amazing and well priced Hope to stay again soon

Very comfortable stay. Staff upgraded me to executive room. It had a huge comfortable bed. Excellent shower and nice toiletries. Staff really friendly and helpful. Which was just the icing on the cake as the room was quiet clean and had s good night's sleep. the car park right outside reception. Could not ask for more

My wife and I made a spontaneous booking by telephone for a 2 night stay, and were delighted with every aspect of the service provided. Maartje was extremely professional in the way our booking was handled, and she was then at the front desk on our arrival. She could not have been more helpful. Our room was a spacious, comfortable, clean executive room containing everything we might require. Dinner in the Bella Italia restaurant was tasty, and the service there was friendly and prompt. In fact, every member of staff with whom we came into contact during our stay seemed to trying hard to please their customers. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay, and have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. We expect to return in due course
Overnight stay to visit daughter at uni
Used as base as daughter st Leicester uni, is within 2 miles of uni so close enough each day, rooms clean and looks like had a revamp, staff friendly and helpful. Italian attached good, there is a local mini sainsbury close buy if needing anything, good. Breakfast
Great hotel
I have stayed here regularly for business and I cannot praise the staff and hotel highly enough. The rooms are modern and new and well equipped. Staff are super friendly especially Samantha on reception... (she remember me today despite it being 8 weeks since I was last her!!) I don’t do breakfast so can’t comment but the hotel food is nice as is Bella Italia. Will continue to use when in area
Nice stay
Got upgraded to a superior king room, lots of space, free wine and chocolate. Very big bed and a nice shower. Bella Italia on site meant you can get a pizza on room service. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were all friendly

The service received in this hotel was good, rooms well maintained. Reception staff ensured additional requirements were meet, bar staff were very attentive and pleasant. The breakfast was of a good standard, with the staff looking after my requirements. Good location

Stayed over when in the area. The hotel seemed very new and everything was spot-on from the very start. Attractively designed reception area and a friendly welcome from the chap on the desk. Room was large, spacious and spotlessly clean, The bed was massive and extremely comfortable, everything that you needed to work did and even the aircon was suprisingly simple to use. No noise through walls or form upstairs and a good night's sleep ensued. The bathroom was compact but again was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was of the buffet style but yet again ticked all the boxes. A very agreeable stay and I actually wished that I had needed to be in the area for a bit longer so I could stay another night or two. I will be back. All the staff seemed to be on the punter's agenda and were friendly, helpful and efficien
No Problems!
Only there for one night with bed and breakfast but actually restful (and in a business hotel!) good and friendly service, plenty of space in guest room and all electronics working just fine. A cold and very rainy night but, unlike in many British hotels, the heating system was very effective. Recommended for business and leisure clients alike
mush better than before
This was the Stage Inn before. It went through renovation and change of management. Not much change to the exterior but the interior has been totally redone. room is nicer and the heater is modern air cons. Restaurant area is also modernized and feels a lot better than the old one
