Absolutely LOVE this Holiday Inn. It is my home away from home 😊 The staff are like extremely friendly and helpful. I visit Leicester very often and stay ONLY at this Holiday Inn. I have no complaints whatsoever.
Customer service at its best
Amazing friendly and caring staff, fabulous facilities. Awesome food. Will be going again. Would recommend. Staff went above and obeying to help us and we had an enjoyable stay, breakfast is incredible Bella Italia food was also very tasty

Excellent very good hotel
When I booked the hotel I asked for ground floor with walkin shower room and got it. The room was very clean, bed very comfortable. I needed some water and went to lobby to ask for water and in about 10min lady called Helen came back with water and I was given NOT 2 but 6 bottle. I recommend this hotel will be staying there soon.
Super beds and service.
Had room service - Was the furthest from the bar as asked for a quiet room. It was a trek for the staff who nothing was too much of an issue, super comfy bed. Had a great night sleep. Breakfast was great and fresh and was a great business trip that did the job.

My wife and I spent night at Holiday Inn Wigston very easy to find free car parking was a bonus. Outside hotel looked dated but on entry was very modern and spacious, reception staff were most friendly and welcoming asked if we needed anything before we got to room,we had a Queen room with accessible shower room was spacious mini fridge with bottled water, kettle with variety hot drinks plus biscuits,iron plus board if needed, hairdryer also in room Bed was very comfortable good size if we had anyone with us sofa bed in room bonus, shower was spacious with choice showerheads easy to use shampoo/ Shower gel provided. Hotel had a Starbuck's/Bella Italia if you required, Breakfast was amazing all freshly grilled not fried plentiful also had a Gluten free menu if required all self service cannot fault the staff who prepared all the breakfast and cleaned up after guest's had eaten we give everyone a Big Thank You.

Good price, staff and rooms!
Three of us stayed here with work. Reception was very helpful. Rooms were all clean and modern. The gym was well equipped and sizeable. The hotel has a Bella Italia restaurant. The food was fabulous with reasonable service. Breakfast was good. Plenty to choose from and all of good quality.
